Ashley Simpson

Ashley Simpson is the Head Clinical Research Coordinator for the Emergency Medicine Research Office (EMRO) and has worked in emergency medicine at UVA for more than 12 years, beginning as an emergency department technician. She coordinates clinical trials from start-up through completion and is the primary coordinator for EMRO’s cardiovascular, sepsis and trauma studies. She holds a BS in chemistry from UVA and an MS in forensic science from George Mason University.
